Add the dressing ingredients, including mayonnaise, vinegar, Swerve, celery salt, almond milk, and crushed black pepper into the same main bowl. Don't worry about throwing in one ingredient time as you're about to mix everything together anyway. Making keto slaw is similar to regular coleslaw - you just need a sugar-free sweetener for the keto coleslaw dressing.

  4. Take 1 tsp salt
  5. Make ready 1 tsp black pepper
  6. Make ready 2 tbsp powdered sweetener (I use monkfruit)

We recommend eating this keto coleslaw fresh, while the cabbage is nice and crunchy. Add the coleslaw mix to a food processor fitted with the blade attachment and pulse until you have small chunks of coleslaw. Remove from the food processor and add to a mixing bowl. Add the mayonnaise, heavy cream, mustard, garlic salt, pepper, and chives to a small bowl and whisk together until smooth.

Steps to make Keto coleslaw:
  1. Shred cabbage, finely shred. Salt. Massage to break. Let rest until it starts to loosen liquid. Repeat salt and massage. Let rest again. When you press a fistful and the cabbage releases drops, it's - ready.
  2. Mix all the other ingedients to firm dressing.
  3. Pour dressing and mix well. Taste and correct dressing if needed.
  4. Let rest at least 1 hour in the fridge for flavors to combine.

Remove from the food processor and add to a mixing bowl. Add the mayonnaise, heavy cream, mustard, garlic salt, pepper, and chives to a small bowl and whisk together until smooth. Shred the cabbage with a sharp knife, mandolin slicer or a food processor. Place in a bowl and add mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Stir well and let sit for ten minutes.
