  1. Steam cauliflower then arrange in a plate.In a bowl add spring onion grated ginger and soy.Mix them well.Then pour it into cauliflower.Heat a pan and add cooking oil let it boil then pour on top of vege.Serve

Soy sauce- Either gluten free soy sauce or for a soy free alternative, you can use liquid aminos..
