The ingredients needed to make Crostini:
  1. Prepare 1 French bread loaf
  2. Make ready 2 tbsp butter
  3. Prepare 2 tsp parsley
  4. Get Salt as per taste
  5. Prepare 2 tbsp tomato ketch up
  6. Take 1/4 cup green capsicum
  7. Take 1/4 cup green capsicum
  8. Prepare 1/4 cup orange capsicum
  9. Prepare 1/4 cup red capsicum
  10. Prepare 1/4 cup baby corn
  11. Get 1 tsp olive oil
  12. Prepare 1 and 1/4 tsp grated garlic
  13. Get 1/2 tsp oregano
  14. Prepare 1/4 mix herbs
  15. Take 1/4 tsp chilli flex
  16. Take Pinch black pepper powder
  17. Make ready 1/2 cup Grated Mozzerela cheese
  18. Take Oregano to sprinkle

How To Make Crostini - turn a baguette into mini toast or bruschetta for holiday appetizers or use with soup, salad, or pasta. naturally vegan. Crostini is the Italian word for "little toasts". Crostini are baked to toast the bread and make it hard. Crostini are suitable for eating with dips, spreads, pates and salsa.

Instructions to make Crostini:
  1. Ready all the ingredients. Cut small pieces from French bread. You can use any bread loaf. Mix butter, 1 tsp grated garlic, 1 tsp fresh parsley and 1/4 tsp oregano.
  2. Apply this butter mixture on cutted bread pieces and bake in pre heated oven for 5 mins. By that time heat non-stick pan and add 1 tsp of olive oil. Add 1/4 tsp of garlic.
  3. After adding garlic, add coloured capsicum, fresh parsley and baby corn. Saute for 2 to 3 minutes. Add mix herbs, oregano, chilli flex, black pepper powder, salt and Tomato ketch up. Mix everything well. Once everything cooked nicely switch off the gas. Let the mixture come to room tempreture.
  4. Put veggies mixture on toasted bread slices. Put grated Mozzerela cheese on it. Sprinkle little oregano over it. And again bake it for 5 minutes or till cheese melts.
  5. Do Presentation and garnishing as per your preference. You can serve it hot bowl of soup or chilled Mocktail or cocktail.
